ZAD-AMS is attendance, academics, and payroll management software that a tutoring center (“your organization”) uses to run its own operations. This page describes what data the application collects and how it is handled today. It is a factual description of the software, not a legal opinion — if your organization needs a compliance determination under a specific law or jurisdiction, that requires your own legal review.
Depending on your organization's setup and your role, ZAD-AMS may store:
ZAD-AMS is multi-tenant: each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's by database access rules enforced on the server, not just by the app's screens. Within an organization, access is further limited by role — for example, only your organization's Finance role can see payment and bank details, and a teaching assistant only sees the students assigned to them.
ZAD-AMS does not sell any data, and does not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.
Records are retained for as long as your organization's account is active, so that historical attendance, academic, and payroll records remain available for your organization's own use. When a staff member leaves an organization, their account access is revoked; underlying records they created (attendance taken, grades entered, etc.) remain as part of your organization's history unless your organization asks for them to be removed.
For questions about this policy, or to request access to or deletion of your data, contact your organization's administrator — they manage your account within ZAD-AMS.
